Subject: E-brake

I know all of you who have the 1st gen D know about the E-brake handle and how it is all one piece. I am trying to put a Levoc E-brake handle on, but am not sure how to dress up the rest of the handle. I saw on Ebay a boot that is supposed to work but I am curious if anyone knows where to find something that will work (that is supposed to work.) I am trying to find a Levoc shift knob, I found one at www.optionsauto.com, but it says it is for Toyotas but I am sure it will work for the D, as long as it has the Overdrive button option.
