Subject: Erratic Climate Control

Ok Gang-what should I expect to pay......

I have a '92 D and the Automatic Climate Control has been acting strangely since last Winter. The fan runs only when it wants to, unless I manually put it on high, then yesterday, it decided to shoot hot air out of the defroster-like a "fail-safe" mode-and didn't come back to a/c without fiddling with it. I have the feeling the system will need replacement. Anyone out there been through this-how much is it gonna cost me? Any online junkyards I can order the parts from? (The refrigeration system still seems to be intact-a/c is ice cold when it decides to work)
