At that mileage, our 6g72 motors are bound for head problems. I'd suggest getting a rebuilt set of heads(if you want to keep the car stock) and do the work yourself. I spent ~$900 in parts and did the labor myself(rebuilt set of heads, gaskets, timing belt and fluids). My car felt completely different after everything was said and done. It had ~ 136k on it at the time I replaced the heads, it was smoking and had VERY poor performance and fuel economy, with a irratic idle.

After everything was done, the car was idling smooth, fuel economy was ALOT better and no smoke or burning oil. In all honesty, the car runs great! From what I've seen and read, our D motors are bound for head work @ ~100k. (BTW, I have an ES with the SOHC motor, DOHC motors will run a little more for rebuilt heads).
