Name~ Januya jin Jekki
Appearance~ She's tall and muscular, very athletic with a bladed tail and longclaws on both hands, and excellent in combat, be it in space, with guns or blades, or hand-to-hand. With short, glossy black fur and vibrant golden eyes, not to mention matte black claws and a shimmery silver tail blade, she's definitely something to see - though you wouldn't want to meet her in a dark alley. Normally, she dislikes any type of clothing, and her species doesn't need to wear any either, which suits her just fine. However, she wears a pale gold-coloured belt containing a DB (a type of Olashi laser-blaster), a pocket comp, a slender knife, and one or two pouches containing small silver discs. And, as usual, she wears her species' trademark weapon - a circlet about her brow, with two slender gun barrels on each temple. On vocal command, this gunband will fire with enough force to sink a beam of energy through ten feet of solid steel.
Personality~ Steely and often hostile on first glance. However, she has a sense of grim humor, approves of strength in a being, and is very intelligent. Unlike her partner, she's only somewhat arrogant, very down-to-earth, and responsible to boot. Her temper is short and when it snaps, blood flies.

Ship~ She designed, built, and now pilots the Chaser, a camoflauging, serpentine craft made solely for aggressive action, with hardly enough cargo space to put auxiliary parts.

Home World~ They were genetically engineered from Korats and Sub-Korats on Aibla by a species of meddling scientists known as the Jhee, but they claim Lavana as their home.
Height at the Shoulder~ Oh, from 4.5 to 6 feet, depending on the breed.
Colouring~ There are four breeds, defined by colour - red (ranging from deep sienna brown to brick red), black, tan (ranging from gold-white to dark cream), and white (blue-/violet-white to snowy white to silvery grey). Reds are shorter and stockier, blacks tall and graceful, tans lean and fast, and whites tall and muscular, though it's not exactly rare for the colours not to conform to breed "standards".
Termperament~ They're a bit volatile and very mechanically-inclined and technology-smart. Highly intelligent, in fact, and very keen on preserving their own hides. They're brave, willful, and often stubborn. Only tans tend to prefer peace to a good fight.
Description~ Their head is canine, mostly, with shark-like teeth (aka, all sharp curving fang-like teeth) with a few molars in the back of their jaws. They have feline eyes, and thus very good eyesight -- in fact, all their senses are excellent. They're bipeds, and stand with their spine only slightly tilted forward. They have German Shepherd-ears, longish necks, and almost humanoid arms, except for the hands. The hands can be different - either a small palm and two long, clawed fingers, or that with a finger bearing a Velociraptor's upright scythe-claw between those two "normal" fingers. A Tarok can have two normal hands, two longclawed hands, or one of each. Their torsos have deep chests and proportionally narrow waists, with a highly flexible spine, and a rib wall - that is, an oval wall of bone enclosing their vital organs. Their legs are heavily muscled and end in Velociraptor-style feet, with the longclaw (that upright one) on the inside of the paw, and two normal toes, plus a dewclaw. They have long, prehensile, powerful tails. Female tails are thicker and far stronger, and half the time will end in a scythe-like tailblade. Male tails, on the other hand, are long, incredibly fast, and always end in such a blade. They have thick, short, glossy fur as a red, tan, or black, but whites have long, dense fur.

Name~ Kahni Jaemis
Appearance~ He's taller and more muscular than most Olashi, standing easily on broad, sharply clawed paws, with a tufted, leonine tail often coiled about his calf. With a sleek white pelt, lustrous silver feathers, and sea-green eyes, Kahni is considered a looker among his female friends. He likes bright jewel-like colours and his silk clothing is usually such luxurious colours as ruby-red, sapphire, and deep emerald. However, when not among Olashi who appreciate such extravagance, Kahni prefers simple black silk breeches and a black belt containing his pocket comp, his DB, a knife, and a short, mechanical stick which seems to have absolutely no purpose.
Personality~ He's one of the best Olashi pilots in existance and as such, he has more than the usual amount of Olashi arrogance. He's also something of a charmer, very friendly, and highly intelligent, not to mention talented in design and invention of gadgets. He also has an unusual love for battle.

Ship~ He pilots the Blackwing, a modified single-Olashi fighter (Olater) with silvery hull and black streaks along her engines, (enhanced) weapons, and sleek, swept-back wings.
