If her father is staying at QM hospital, I would suggest her to reside in either Sai Wan or Sheung Wan. She could seek further information in the Property Agent like "Midland" or "Centaline" nearby. As I know, there are quite a lot supply of the short term rental quarter, priced at $5,000 - $8,000 per month. Please let me know if you need further information. Oscar
