Well it's about time we started up some Final Fantasy Disciussion, I don't think we've done this in awhile. :-)

(Before I start keep in mind I haven't played FFX or Finished FFIX)

OUT OF ALL THE FINAL FANTASIES...

1) I will have to agree with you on FFVII having the best Limit Breaks, although FFVIII had some nice ones as well. Personally I think the best was Cloud's 6th one where he used his sword to blast the enemies away with a gust of wind, the name of it escapes me right now. I also liked Rinoa's ones that involved Angelo, mainly because Dogs are cool :-)

2) Which has the best summons?

FFVIII for sure. They were just so detailed and well thought out. Bahamut was the best of all of them hands down.

3) What is the coolest weapon to fight with?
I don't think there is a very large range of choices for this since the gunblade was the only weapon you had to do something other than hit the "attack" command. But I think in Final Fantasy Tactics the sword skill command that Orlandu had command of was very well done. You had different elements to attack with, different dispersal patters, as well as a veriety of effects that could be randomly dished out. I liked it because you had to have a sword equipped in order to make it work.

4) The coolest mode of transportation?
Probably "The Whale". It's the airship from Final Fantasy IV that gives you the ability to travel to the moon and back. Nice feature if I do say so myself :-) Second best would have to be the Ragnarok from FFVIII, it was so advanced. It had rocket boosters, gauss rifles and energy cannons. Plus it looks like a Dragon which is a very good bonus, it adds a nice touch to it to see a dragon flying throgh the air. Not to mention that it's name is the Norse meaning for the twilight of the gods where all the mythology comes down to a final war between the Gods and the Giants where they would all perish in battle. Nice effect :-)

5) Most confusing part of a FF?
Probably the most confusing part of a Final Fantasy game was in VII where start to see Cloud's whole world come crashing down around him and you have to pick up the peices and decipher what actually happened. The first time I was like "What in the hell?" :-)

I think I can shed some light of that part of FFVII for you, I too didn't get it at first either. It actually came to me a long time after when I wasen't even playing the game. Basically Tifa was implying that Cloud and Barrett were looking up her skirt, seeing as how she was the first going up the stairs. That is why she made them go up first after that :-)

6) The funniest parts of the FFs?
I don't really remember Tifa saying that. Where exactly did that happen? :-)

I can't really think of the funniest moment right now but one does come to mind. It's where they had just lost Cloud and Tifa and they had to decide who would lead the party until they got back. Cid woke up from his nap and discovered he had been promoted to leader :-)

7) Moment you most wish you could have been one of the characters?
Probably cloud on the Date with Tifa for obvious reasons. :-)

Other than that I would like to be Sephiroth in Cloud's first flashback where he fights the dragon. To be able to possess such strength to be able to take down a beast of that size without even showing a single expression is simpally amaizing.

8) Most annoying fight/s?
Probably the monsters on the way down to get Edin in FFVIII. They were horribly strong and you couldn't run away!I would of had a rage attack it I didn't figure out the level down spell :-)

9) Best Boss fight that wasn't the main Bad Guy?
I'll agree with you there. I laughed out loud when palmer got wacked by the truck :-)

10) Moment when you go, "Awwwwww!" the most?
Probably the moment when Red XIII found out his father was a hero and saved the entire village, Red XIII went up the the ledge with his father's statue.

11) Most shocking moment for you?
Probably when Aeris died. Even though the actual event was spoiled for me and I knew it was comming, it still had an effect.

12) Most attractive female character?
I would probably say Rinoa. She has a good height, she has a nice thin figure, long hair, attractive face. Very close tie with Tifa. She is in very good physical shape, can take care of herself combat wise, long hair (although maybe it was a little too long, I mean it reaches the floor!)

13) Most attractive male character?
Oh boy, well I'm secure enough in my sexuality to do this so here I go. I would say that women would find Seifer to be the best. He has a nice haircut, blond hair, nice height (6'0), and in the end you find out he's really a good person it's just he put on a bad exterior to keep people away. Although the scar on his face isn't too appealing, and he probably could afford to put on a little more muscle.

14) CUTEST creatures ever?!
For sure Angelo. Dogs are the best animal ever, hands down. And his breed is a very nice looking one. Second place, Chocobos. I can't get enough of those things, they were the best in Final Fantasy VII.

15) Most heartbreaking moment?
Personally I would say when Aeris dies and they lay her to rest. The music then was very fitting.

16) Boss you've always had the most trouble with?
The Ruby Weapon outside the Golden Saucer. That cost me a lot of gameplay time :-)

17) Character with the coolest clothing.
I would say for males: Sephiroth. Can't go wrong with a black cape, it suited him very well. Females: Rinoa. Her clothing was very unique, sort of like a half dress or something like that. I can't really describe it well enough.

18) Best method of magic?
I would say the system of Final Fantasy Tactics. The way you had to learn every spell, select the spells you want based on JP and job classes. It was very, very well done.

19) Best musical Soundtrack?
A close battle between FFVII and FFVIII. I will have to choose FFVII over FFVIII mainly because of the end boss musical score with sephiroth. The latin in the song was a very nice touch.

20) Finally, who is your favourite character?
Probably Sephiroth. He is always two steps ahead of everyone, very intelligent, and powerful too. He has a way of making every situation very dramatic. For example in the Temple of the Ancients when he is slightly out of phase and swinging his sword around.
