it seems to be a dominance issue. She is trying to take the 'boss' position. At the bottom of the page, the author suggests using Snappy Trainers. You could set these up on the bed if she is to have free access while you're not home and removed when you want to take time to cuddle with her. Rabbits are pretty intelligent, and since she obviously has a close, trusting relationship with you, she should soon get the message that the bed is by invitation only and most definitely belongs to you!
