Subject: Sex of my rabbit?

I have a rabbit, but I can't tell what the sex of it is. I have a book with a little diagram, but when I look at my rabbit, its genitals look nothing like either of the diagrams. he/she is about 6 months old. Also he/she HATES for me to turn them over to look....which makes it even harder, I just get a quick glimpse...whats the best way to find out?
