Subject: My bunnie doesn't let me pick him up when hes outside!

Hello. I have a 1 year-old male minilop bunny. He is a sweetie but when i have him outside and im ready to bring him in he always struggles and scratches me. I try not to chase him but when he comes near me he always scrambles away. I can pick him up after a few attemps. But there is always a struggle. I need some advice. Is this normal? Is there any suggestions you can give me please? Thankyou,
