Your bun has hit adolescence... not a very pleasant time if he's especially territorial! The best thing to do is get him neutered. Within a month or two, the hormones will be gone and you'll have a nice, friendly bunny again.

Make sure your vet has dealt with rabbits and knows what he/she is doing.
