Subject: Researching the name POULTNEY

Would like any information regarding the Poultney family of Leicester, particularily Braunstone and associated names, Dagg & Grewcock.
Joseph Poultney died 1848, was a soldier in the 1st Dragoon Guards, had been to Ireland where he met his wife Sarah.
One of his children was Wiliam Poultney, he had a child William Joseph Poultney who then had William Henry Poultney.
William Poultney was a Police Sergeant in Leicester and William Henry was a notable swimmer, diver and water polo player.
Have hit a brick wall - Help!!!
