My name is Kelly McGovern also, My grandfather was John McGovern who emigrated from Ireland but that was probably in the late 20's, I dont know if there is a relation but he lived in Cleveland, Ohio and died of a goiter in 1945 but then my grandmother married his brother Dermot McGovern, if this helps.
