Hi Tess, I think since most of the payments are caught up on the house, he can have it in his name. Like I said, the lot is large, the house looks good on the outside, but if you really got into everything, it would need a lot of work. That is all thanks to the people that live there.
You know sometimes, you just have to cut your losses. That is what we are willing to do just not to have to deal with being a landlord.
I'm not mean enough to be a landlord. Otherwise I would have thrown them out on thier ears. But then I think about the kids. I'm only doing this for the kids. I still think when school starts, they will have a social worker at thier door.
Those poor kids. Please say prayers for them. Even the youngest one. Danyelle claims to love her so much, but whenever she brings her over here, it looks like the child has been playing in a dump. She is always so dirty. I know kids get dirty, but there comes a time to draw up a tub of water and give a bath.
