I'm glad to here you're back around and that Charlie decided to stay in town after all. How about when you put the house in his name - give it to him as his Christmas/Birthday gift!?! I think it's a wonderful idea putting it in his name, giving him the responsibility of it. He needs to learn, that the bank expects to be paid on time every month!

As for the kids showing up dirty, that sounds just like my nephews & niece I wrote you about. Every year on birthdays my mother in law would give those children a ton of real cute clothing & a toy(because theirs was always dirty and ragamuffin looking). While mine got a dollar for each year that they were old ($7 for 7yr old, $10 for 10yr old) just because I made sure my children wore clothes that fit them and were clean. I also made sure they had clean hands and faces before visiting Grandma too!

I am glad that you will get to see your Grandchildren on a regular basis :))). It is good for you & for them :)))) How old is Sabrina, does she go to school? I'm interested because I work w/ special needs kids.

Hope things go well for you next Friday w/ the judge, things should go smoothly :))) I'll be thinkin of ya! I'll be waiting in my jommies w/ tea & cookies at my house to celebrate!!
