Wow, you do have a lot going on! You are juggling a lot of doctors - now I have this image in my head of doctors being juggled up in the air over your head hehehe...

On the thyroid - a whole lot of us have thyroid problems along with the FM and some do show normal on the thyroid tests. Be sure your doc runs a highly specialized thyroid test on you (not the usual one) - it is one that tests T3 and T4 in particular. One of my docs who specializes in FM/CFIDS treatment told me this (she also had CFIDS herself).
