 Hello there Everyone,
Just wondering how everryone is doing now that the 4th is past.
I am doing better. I have weeded off quite a few of my meds and I am feeling more alive and less of a zombie. My husband even got us bicycles and we have gone out a few times. whew! It is tough and it hurts but I am dertmined to get better. I am also going back to the spine doctor for my hips and knee and lower back and get them fixed----no more shots, they dont work!!!! I get so High riding my bike I really dont feel too much of the pain untill after wards. Or I take a pain pill before i go so it kicks in after the ride. The other day i stopped my bike, lost my balance and fell straight over like a cow being shot, plop!!!!!!That hurt, luckily it was in weeds.Maybe I need training wheels? LOL Well I hope you all are having good days and I send you lots of Love and Peace!
