 Hey girl! Yes it will be okay *hugs*. Since I was away I guess I missed something...what kind of therapy (referencing somebody mentioning light and a ball?)? Is it EMDR?

Give United Way a call at 211 (most cities have that set up locally now) and they can give you good referals for just about anything and everything. There are programs out there locally that provide free care or have fees waived/based on ability to pay.
