I got up at 4:30, sure wish I could sleep in a few times a week. Guess that won't happen unless I get so drugged up before bed and I just hate doing that.
I saw my therapist yesterday. It was her last day. Now I'm out of state funding and can't go anywhere now. Hope you all are ready to be my new therapist. Because of government cutbacks, they lowered the the amount of money that a person could earn to get that funding. AND...my state funds for seeing a regular doctor runs out on June 30th. I'm skrewed. Like many other Americans. I am greatfull for the last 2 years of having it tho.
My son got arrested on Friday night. His girlfriend got mad at him and went to a neighbor's house and my son, he was drunk of course, was scweeling his tires and they called the police. By the time the cops got there, his car was back in the driveway. The girlfriend told the cops that she got pushed, so now there is a domestic abuse. I can't get a clear answer on all the other charges. I do know that he has calmed down a lot since then. They go to court on Monday and I don't know what is going to happen. He has a lousy lawyer. I know that because we had to use him one time for something about our house, can't even remember. My husband is calling the lawyer today to get a postponement.
Mike and I have to go to court in the Federal building in Cedar Rapids on Monday for our bankruptcy. They said it was a creditor's hearing. Whatever that is. It is 65 miles from here, and the hearing is supose to take a whopping 5 minutes. Isn't that great??? The hubby better have some money on him, cause I'm going shopping, at least as much as I can handle. A friend of mine that I saw at the flea market this past weekend had on a beautifull blouse and she said she got it at Kohls,(sp). I want one just like it, maybe a different color, but it sure was pretty. There are a lot more vendors there than what is shows. I call it my hillbilly home. I have so many friends there from all over the US. My husband says we should give it up since we don't make any money any more. I told him go ahead, but I was still going. I don't do much in my life or go very many places, I won't let him take away my friends that I enjoy seeing once a month.
We set up across from a friend of mine that has FM, and just last year she was dx with spinal stenosis, just like I have. The docs thought she has MS last year. I told her she couldn't have it, we seem to get diagnosed with the same thing and I didn't want it. Turns out she didn't have it. Thank God!!!
