I so feel for your stenosis, mine is getting so bad, I feel like I want to die sometimes and just get over it, but my spirituality won't let me. It's hard having a #10 in your back constantly. Depresses the hell outa me. I don't want to have the surgery, don't have a good feeling about it, mine is hereditary, when my Mom was asking about surgery they said she might be in bed a year and a half. I'll just have to find stronger drugs!!! Plus I have no cusions between my vertabra so don't know if it would feel any better anyway, guess if I get in a wheel chair I might consider it!! But then my neck hurts so bad I probably couldn't manuver the wheel chair, what a life.I still don't know if I'm posting this right, I couldn't see where I could continue a thread under yours. I know I chose these things to learn here on earth school, but WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!!! I should have 10 or 20 pain free years left to play, but no way!
I'm glad I found this messages board too!! My hands are shacky so guess I can't write any more tonight. You have a pleasant evening K?
