Good morning, Tess! I had another good night sleep. Thank goodness. I was sleeping an hour and waking up. Some nights I got to sleep at one, two, even four AM. Fibrofog, unbelievable! I started taking Dream Away (melatonin, plus chromium to regulate sugar level through the night). I usually can't take melatonin, but this has done me right. I feel so refreshed in the morning. I was on Ambien and even though I didn't have as much pain in the AM, I was still foggy. I also work up a resistance to Ambien. Feels so good to wake up actually able to think! (Not too much in the old noggin, but like to know what is up there.) HEHE
