A large egg begins cracking as it twitches into a rocking motion. Brittle from the constant, prolonged stay on the scalding Sands, the shell simply shatters as a tail whips through it. Small shards cling to the wetly bronze hide of a dragonet, and his muzzle tosses about, eyes whirling rapidly. Then, he spots his lifemate, his partner for all time, and he gallops over to him, ramming Mitaen and knocking the slim boy flying. I am Chanuth! he announces in a brassy mental voice. I'm starving, and I want food. Oh, and I suppose you Impress me, M'taen. Already displaying exceptional health and a sense of humour, the bronze nudges the boy lightly. Hurry it up already! I'm HUNGRY!
