Subject: Twilight walks to the edge of the trees, and looks up at the one he is at the base at.

He skillfully swings himself up onto one of the wider, stronger branches, and with his flute on lips, begins to play. A beautiful tune, slow and sad, but it was the kind of song that made you smile sadly. Twilight couldn't understand so much. He couldn't accept Crystaline's love. He had failed her, and it had nearly caused her death. No, he was not good enough for her. If he could not protect her as he should, than he... well, what then? Just disappear off the face of Carnerik? He couldn't go on his Dragon's Quest, he had to be called for that. But could he just sit around and fail the woman he loved again, but this time, have it be fatal? No, that wouldn't do... he could always go back to the old days, where he was a wandering minstrel and a rogue on the side... but he hated having to steal from people. It wasn't right, rich or not. The music kept filling the air as a troubled Twilight contemplated amongst the branches.
