Wes reaches for Mackai's arm, and after a few attempts he grasps her hand. With her help, he pulls himself out of the water onto the dock. Wes collapses on the dock and gasps for air. He turns his head to Mackai. "It's a good thing you came, I was about to drown there..... oh, no, I can swim alright. Really, I mean, it would be so riduculous to drown 5 feet away from the shore. It was, erm, seaweed. Yeah, my feet were tangled badly in it. We ought to do something about the seaweed. It's quite dangerous you know. People getting tangled up in it and practically drowning to try to get free. " -- Ocean
