*Kari settles the riding straps on Debrath, shifting them a bit to get them right. After Debrath decides they are satisfactory, Kari pulls on her jacket, then sits and waits for Talia, who is having a little difficulty. It didn't help any that her two greens were curently in a fight.*
Dracona! Cerila! Stop it. You don't need to fight over Draco, you can both order him around. *The younger green, her hide brighter and bolder than the elder's, paused a moment to chirp a message.* Well, then go find some other males, Cerila. *After a moments thought, Cerila disappears between. Drake follows her and After a few annoyed calls, so does Dracona. Finally, Talia gets the harness settled.*
Awfully rowdy, aren't they? *Kari asks as Talia sits down.*
Dracona thinks since she's the elder, she has the right to boss Cerila around, but Cerila doesn't like that idea.
She does have the right. She knows more and has been around longer. Pekaleth shifted her head to look at the girls. Debrath made an affirmative sound.
Firelizards aren't very smart, though. You can't really expect them to act civilized at the best of times, and I think Dracona may rise soon. *Talia counted on her fingers.*
You're right. She should rise any day now. Hmmm. *After a nudge from Kari, she turned her attention back to the weyrlingmaster.*
