Author: The Master, Cerberus, and Puella
Subject: omg nu hope for t3h you >:D

Name - The Master
Gender - Male
Age - Who knows the age of any Time Lord? What's known is that he's in his final regeneration. Technically, he shouldn't even be alive! However, after taking over Tremas' body, he's been able to prolong his natural demise. (But that's a different story.) He's at /least/ five or six thousand years old.
Description - Here is a good picture of him. Appears very humanoid on the outside. Grey eyes hold a certain note of malice hidden by guile hidden by whatever physical disguise he's chosen to don. Neat, dark goatee frames full lips, often curved into a wicked and faintly amused smile. His hair is short and is styled neatly about his skull. He appears to be about fifty years old in human terms, but his real age is unknown. He is usually is garbed in a finely tailoured, black tailcoat with silvery embroidery at the collar, dark slacks, and leather gloves. (In fact, he always seems to be garbed in such foreboding attire lest he's disguised himself.) The Master is skilled in creating toys of destruction and clever disguises, and he's seldom up to any good. He's the kind of person you feel drawn to and repelled from at the same time - the former due to his innate ability to draw people closer with buttery words and seemingly heartfelt kindness, the latter being the ambience of evil that seems to surround him at all times. He's a man who's always on top of things and has many tricks up his sleeves.
History - A renegade Time Lord. When he ran away with his TARDIS, he was quite keen on ruling the galaxy, as any well-developed villain should be. He realises he's quite an evil bugger, though he's just chasing after his desires. Countless times he's tried - and come very close to - to become immortal, or gain nigh-infinite daemon (the daemons from Daeos, of course) power, and other such things, and each time is thwarted by his Time Lord nemesis, the Doctor.

Species - Time Lord (or Time Lady, of course.)
Description - Totally humanoid. Most likely from similar evolution on Gallifrey and Earth - although Gallifrey got a great head start and developed much more rapidly. Only when Omega used his solar engineering skills to produce a supernova that supplied near-infinite power for space and time travel. The concepts of such had already been worked out by the Gallifreyans, who then renamed themselves the Time Lords (and Time Ladies.)
Species Temperament - Although a great gamut of personalities is available for Time Lords, they are a race of incredibly intelligent and rational beings. Their primary rule is to NOT MEDDLE in the affairs of the galaxy, although they are quite capable of becoming the überlords. (There is an exception to this rule for Time Lords such as the Master and the Doctor, of course.. though not a legal one.) Levelheaded and largely concerned with upholding justice in their society. Often, in their trials, they do not consider morals to justify rash behaviour.
Home Planet - Gallifrey

&

Name - Cerberus ( This is the name he was given by the Master. Yes, the Master is strange. XD )
Gender - Male
Age - About four or five (just entering the belligerent teen hood of his species)
Description - Mid-sized for a phöörcem, standing at about 3’1” at the shoulder. His fur is all a deep reddish brown and is very lustrous, velvety to the touch. His under tail fur is simple snowy white, holding only the slightest blue sheen to it. A few pronounced ripples of leafy emerald can be seen snaking down his neck and spine, as well as upon his muzzle and lower legs. The tips of his fur are vivid and dusky blue, a colour akin to the male peacock’s. His eyes are of the blue variety, just darker than his fur tips. His mane is prominently green-grey, very dark and almost blackish, and is becomes overpoweringly neon lime mixed with swirls of scarlet and intense yellow in the mating season.
History - Basically, he’d been enjoying his simple phöörcem’s life upon his native home world, when he was captured by the Master to use as a sort of guard dog. However, he’s grown to like the Time Lord.

Name – Puella ( Again, she was named this by the Master. )
Gender - Female
Age - About four
Description - Smallish, 2’5”. She holds the venomous trait that some rare phöörcem do. Her fur is lacklustre and a greyish chocolate, paler on the under fur and frosted with grey – more prominently over her shoulders and down her tail. Very bland and stark, but her eyes are a very pretty colour, that of honeyed brown. Her under tail fur is creamy, but still holds its white colour.
History - She befell a similar fate as Cerberus, although the Master keeps her more as a pet. His intent is to breed them to create more guard dogs, for he sees their potential, or perhaps sell them.

Species - Phöörcem
Height at Shoulder - Around a metre tall. 2-3.5 feet is a good estimate.
Colouration - Usually auburn as an under-colour. Females are more dark and dull than males, and some males are streaked with a dusty sort of green. The fur is ticked with blue – for males – and a soft, velvety greyish for females. The underside of their tails are always stark white, though some males lean towards blue, and some females towards cream. Their claws are the normal colour of cartilage, and their skin is a rosy, yellowish grey. The eyes – these are a dark blue or dark gold for males, and medium brown or grey for females. When the phöörcem is agitated, excited, etc., a starburst of wild scarlet will bloom from the pupil. The longer tail fur and manes are the normal hues of the phöörcem, although darker and greener.. but in the mating season, they shed and rapidly grow manes that can be many vivid shades of green, blue, yellow, red, purple, or orange.
Description - The eyes are catlike, and large in proportion to the face. There is a clear set of eyelids for sight underwater and then a normal, more protective pair, but they can’t swivel around in the skull due to their size. They have bodies that have the proportions of a housecat, although their tails are long, flat, and heavy – adept weapons for bludgeoning, as well as a powerful flipper for propelling through water. The white tail fur is very short, and the fur that surrounds it is long, so it can be hidden unless the phöörcem lifts its tail to warn others of danger. They have very good eyesight, and brilliant ears. The ears are cupped and set atop their head like a chipmunk’s, though a lot larger in comparison. The bodies are very feline and graceful, with short, waterproof fur. Males have lion like manes that can vary greatly in size. Their paws are larger than a housecat’s by a long shot – more otter-styled, with webbed toes that have tough pads on the bottom and short, blunt claws. The front teeth are very sharp and like needles, while the ones on the side are thick and very powerful for cracking open shells, and the molars are very flat and for chewing. Some rare phöörcem produce venom that is effective against most creatures. While the poison is not deadly, it causes a swiftly spreading, contagious rash that itches. The number of these venomous phöörcem is increasing due to natural selection.
Temperament - They are much like otters at birth – joyful, carefree, and adventurous. As they progress into their young adult years, they reach the peak of their reproductive fertility. Males become increasingly belligerent and hostile, and there is year-round competition for females, although they only go into heat during the cold season. Females, however, group more together and act very much like teenage human girls; vain and a bit choosy! They are pampered by males in this stage. Phöörcem do not mate for life, though a male will keep a female in his harem forever if he can. Phöörcem females go into heat during the cold season, and most give birth in the beginning of the warm or end of the cold. As their reproductive rates go down, older females will often ‘tutor’ younger ones on how to raise the kits, and will take care of them if the mother is off hunting, injured, or dead. Older females go into heat every year, but rarely produce kits. The males do not play any role in the kits’ upbringing, although they will go out and hunt for the rest of the troop. Females also do this, however. Older males often set out on their own, returning only every now and then to check up. An older male can visit a different troop freely, so long as he doesn’t pose a threat and doesn’t attempt to breed any females. Usual troops are comprised of about fifty phöörcem, the majority being middle aged and young females. There are roughly seven kits in one litter, born live and feeding off their mother’s milk only for a month before starting on meat and plants, and there’s a ratio of four females to one male. The average lifespan can reach up to fifty Terran years, (which is about one hundred 22-G years) and they can start breeding around the age of four. They’re omnivorous, preferring shelled creatures akin to oysters, as well as fish, roots, berries, nuts, and sorts of vegetables. Most herbivorous animals on 22-G are much larger than the phöörcem, so red meat is only a small part of their diet. They also scavenge off larger predator’s kills when they can.
Home Planet - Classed by the Time Lords as 22-G, it’s a hot desert world crisscrossed entirely with rivers and lakes and a few freshwater oceans. It has no sentient species, though the phöörcem are intelligent for being insentient. Half the year is the warmer, rainier season and half is the colder, dryer season.
