Character Description

Name: Eliliate (Ell ill ate)

Description: She’s got shining red hair and, in neutral form, emerald green eyes. She’s got skin that seems a bit pale, and a near perfect physique. She’s pretty beautiful in her human-like form.
Personality: She’s trying to be calm and neutral, like so many others of her species try to be. She’s very good at it, making most believe she is a bona fide human. She’s a bit… different, but that’s ok with her. She’s a bit unpredictable.
History: She was born on her home planet, Earth. Her family was sent here many years ago when she was ten, though she has no idea why. Her Mother died in a war a few years ago, and her father died from the plague. She was an only child. She’s alone now. However, she dedicated her meaningless existence to trying to look, sound, smell, and feel like a human. That meant hiding her emotions. She always fears that her emotions will dominate her life, just as they used to before Etreus…

Coloration: Their eyes differ with their emotion. Everything else differs just like humans.
Species Description: They look like humans, mainly, and they’re all female. However, they have certain qualities that vary with emotion. When they are angry, their eyes are red. They then can be found with things such as claws, fangs, and dark feathered wings. When they are sad, their eyes could turn blue. Then, they can have white skin, with blue sorts of scales. They’ve been recorded with a long, slippery tail, like a mix between a fishes’ and a lizards’. They also have long, water proof wings that are light blue and white, forming a kind of tent over them. It is believed this is so they can cry in peace. When scared, their eyes are a deep purple. They get things like scarlet, silky, firm wings; and a long, soft, silky tail. When extremely happy, their eyes are brown. They can have soft, angel like wings at this time. When in love, their eyes are pink. They again get angel wings, but the feathers get red tints to them. When infuriation or hatred takes over, however, their eyes turn black. Black dragon wings, long fangs and/or claws, talon-like feet, and many other features are present.
Species Temperament: They’re a bit more… moody… than other creatures. They get their emotions high a bit too easily at times, which exposes their species. Most try to master their emotions, being neutral always and never too wholehearted about anything. In a neutral mode, they look like a normal human. That way, they walk among the humans that inhabited their planet without exposing themselves. Humans are naturally attracted to a Ridyk who hasn’t had her secret exposed, and naturally hate those who have. So, they try their hardest to ‘be’ human, as they are always wishing to belong in the human villages. They get along wonderfully with humans that don’t know, and it makes them depressed that they cannot tell their close friends the truth. It is extremely hard for them to master their emotions, so only the most powerful walk among men. Or other creatures.
