I found a couple of items to correct already. I welcome other ideas or if you notice something that needs correcting, please point it out to me.

also to be included here is Jan Mayen Island, an island just east of Greenland.

this needs correcting, here is the corrected version:

6) Many people of considerable talent and intelligence have emigrated from Canadaover the decades. In addition to continuing to take immigrants, we belive that Canada must convince those who have emigrated from Canada to return. The wealth of talent, and experties that they have acquired while living abroad, would be a valuable contribution they would make after returning to Canada. Not only that, many of them have families they started while living in other parts of the world. It is our hope that they to can be convinced to come to Canada, and enrich our society and culture with their talent and creativity.

Bear in mind people, this is just a rough draft. Your input PLEASE!! Hopefully, we can have a finalized program to post on an improved Imperial Canada website in the near future.
