The TA7607AP is a sound detector chip. I would assume that
this descrambler takes in signal from a converter at Ch3/4.
I would assume that it tries to extract the sound carrier
and use that to generate timing to drive RF attentuator.

I don't think this is the same 3 chip design that takes in
composite video signal.

Would be interesting to see this box though...
