Thanks for your help Rex.

You're right my descrambler does require a converter. Doesn't need to be on ch3/4, I set to converter to the channel I want to descramble. I thaught THAT was the 3Chip design. I just found out today that the 3Chip must be installed in a VCR and take in composite video signal. Mine does not, so I guess it's not a 3Chip. I appologise if I shouldn't have posted my question on this message board.

I would gladdly show you a picture Rex if I had a digital camera, but I don't :(

Anyway, I would still like to get my descrambler working. So if anyone could redirect me to a correct message board or if anyone has any more info on th subject, please help.
