Is this circuit/code sensitive with respect to the oscillator? I thought that I might put in another variable cap along with a fixed cap all in series. This way I might get to fine tune the oscillator with smaller increments.

Also, I've read that some people have added 75ohm pull down resistors at the in/outputs. Does the Canton3 need this? Or does the circuit already have an Rin and Rout of 75ohms?

Lastly, my vcr outputs a blue screen on weak channels. I've turned this off and it works great. I get a continuous picture but I've noticed that the audio cuts in and out. I don't see an option in the menu (similar to the blue screen) to change this. Anyone know if this is a vcr thing or the way the signal is scrambled? I wonder if I'm using the wrong code (rev7t1a).

Pokey
