Subject: Please help have problem with canton rv3 in Finland

Hallo all i live in finland and building canton rv3 and vcxo from Jens page it's Colpitts oscillator.
system uses Zenith with inversion no audio scrambled
I use PIC16F84a 20 MHz and what a code i need program here
i trying some godes only one work from

it's Spannish i think, ok canton work bot picture have some lines i think it's vcxo problem, and other i have white line
on the top in horizontal is this in my comporator problem
i see some people trying connect transistor there!

please help i need code end some help what and where my problem!
