I purchased the board from same place, it is already programed, if you check the site you will notice it says any board that uses Atmel chip is not programmed, Boss board uses Pic IC, It works fine with the VCR, i'm trying to see if i can get it work with VCR-DVD Combo, I know someone done it but he will not give the info, Also if you have a Schematic for the tuner find the IF chip then connect the Video input and video out, it should work.
