Hmm.. so all one must do is patch in the Boss Board between the video in and out? Does the original poster have a link to the Tivo schematic? I've looked around in one and it's mostly surface mount components. Not too much room to work in.

Are there any sites detailing any Boss Board installations?

Also, how do regonal compatability issues effect Boss Boards? I've heard that only certain descramblers work in certain areas.
