Hi all.
I would like to know how I most easily can fully unlock my descrambler. I have bought a locked original descrambler for the region where I live and I think we use PAL B/G here. I have contacted a few companies in the U.S. who sell so called RTF's and "test chips". The RTF's runs on 110 volts in the U.S., but part from that, will in work for me with PAL B/G instead of NTSC? This problem won't occur if I would install a test chip in my box, but I wonder the same thing about the PAL & NTSC issue. However... would a test chip or RTF be the best way to unlock my descrambler or would anyone suggest a better or cheaper way to do it. I do not have access to oscilloscopes or any other sophisticated electronic equipment, I have only done some minor soldering before.

I would be very happy if someone could help me with this. Thanks.
