Subject: Canton 3, Vibration in picture

Just got new Canton 3 board ready. Last board was similar and worked perfectly, but this new board has problem.

When watching any channel, there is a bad vibration in picture. Vibration is so bad that it gives a headache.

What could cause this problem? Power-source is same than in old board, so it can't be problem. Maybe there is some component that is not good enough, but which is it? Is it VCXO?

Any advice is more than welcome. Thank You.
