Hi Potter,
By measuring with a MultiTester, it is about 1.2V. I measured the value of the VR is about 268Ohm to ground in series to with 100uf capacitor from AGC PIN. I can get best picture quality with 100uf alone but the whole screen will flash or flicker. So I have to adjust the VR just before it flashes or flicker. Do you what is my problem?

By the way I just got my SX18/AC chips and 50mhz resonator. Wonder if I can find SX 50Mhz PAL Turbo code for Canton Rev3 PAL? Or If you can modify your source code in Sakman to do Canton Rev 3.
