I'm confused about the retirement and disability pay issue. If a person has a 100 % disability, lets say from Korea, that person was discharged, I assume, and has been collecting 100% disability pay for 40 + years, and will continue to get disability pay for the rest of his life. Where does the retirement pay come from. What is he retiring from. Or does the military keep 100% disabled people on the job?
