Subject: NonConcurrent Receipt of Disability Pay and Retirement Pay

For all retired military personnel that receive disability pay. For those that may not know our disability pay comes out of our retired pay. Therefore, we aren't really getting disability pay except from our own paychecks. Retirement pay is reduced by the amount of disability pay we receive.

Now, if there are any retirees out there under this category and you haven't contacted your representative in Washington to back HR 303 and SR 170 then please stand up and be counted write them NOW! Thank you!
