I am a former spouse of a retired military member who just got his diablility increased to 6o%. Because of the non concurrent receipt of Disability Pay and Retirement Pay I will be losing half the money I have been receiving. The FY 2003 National Defense Authorization Act should be implemented as soon as possible. The way it is now is inequitable and unfair.
