i just bought a cockatiel the other day.i was told that it is 16 weeks old. It is also very tame and i'm able to carry it around and it eats seeds out of my hand. I was wondering whether you could tell me if it is male or female. It is greyish/yellowish colour and has a yellow head. Also is it possible to teach it to talk or is it too old for that?
