 I just bought a metal detector on the web, in fact I should be getting it this week. My question is, where will I be allowed to use it? I was hoping to use it at the ocean beaches. I live in Babylon with Robert Moses State Park near by and was hoping to use it there. How do I find out where I can and can't use it?
