Was in a game with Kirby and Print t'nite. Kirby did real well.. he's coming along nicely. Some more time and I think we'll have him. I'll let Print tell ya how it went if he chooses to... but it was a good game overall. Had a LOT of fun.
BUT.. speakin' o' Kirby.. Print found out (or saw?) Kirby in PofL6x t'nite.. when I approached Kirby about it, he said that he wanted to transfer some items earlier today and asked Droth for the password.. Droth gave it to him. Kirby transfered some items and then later (according to Kirby) Kirby went back into the PoL game at Tass' invitation (?). Now, Kirby has the password. I've told him to stay out of PoL games completely. My recommendation? Slap Droth's wrist, maybe a week probation (MAYBE) for loosing the password to someone instead of referring him to the Guard or the HC to get it. As far as the password? I say leave it as is.. let's trust Kirby. He told me he'd stay out of PoL games and if he needs to make a transfer, he'll ask someone to come into HIS game or a DIFFERENT game to make the transfer. We'll see if he keeps his word? Give him the rope, see if he hangs himself. I believe he'll do ok with it.. but faith is the substance of things hoped for, yanno? I'll pray he doesn't break my faith in him. However, if the leak grows AT ALL, then at a minimum we should change the Pass again.
But as for Droth - at a minimum, a private chastisement is in order for password leaking, IMHO. Gabe? Up to you now. The decision is yours, and not one I envy you. Droth seems like an ok dude.
Thanx, Print, for catching Kirby in the PoL games and letting me know.... and then not throwing it up at him in our game t'nite.. You've got compassion and discretion. I appreciate both of those qualities. I also had a BLAST.. great game.
