...but it was concerning the situation still playing out on the various other screens surrounding the meeting hall. Betacron's sword, a silent monolithic statement of the dear Senators fragile mental state, still sparked and sputtered within the sheath of a single cracked screen.

Lord Lye-Onitron didn't bother to check if Kit was up and moving with her gun drawn or not. She would do what she must. She always did, the perfect assistant...but as for himself he sat down and furrowed his brows as he looked at the screens.

Something...he was missing something...Embyr's reaction was not indicative of one who had plotted the situation occurring live. Nor was Decius' reaction. The sociopath was surely still fuming and didn't have the mental stability to orchestrate what was going on at the "dead starbase" and apparently didn't realize the potential threat to Cybertronian interests by having a former military outpost being live and functional. Lord Lye-Onitron had already deciphered that the sociopath was likely Embyr’s chair slasher but he was no bigger threat than such as a threat to Cybertronian interests.

And a threat to Cybertronian interests was a direct threat to Senatorial interests. He already had worries about the other live starbase...

Live starbase...

...By Primus...Rugby... he whispered.

He noted that he had not received a report from his mole in quite some time. Who ran the functional station? What was it’s military potential? Did it have the resources to reclaim a decomissioned starbase? Did it have the resources to do more? In a matter of seconds he also processed the small bit he heard from the council members via Kit. What connections did Rugby have on Cybertron...?

He looked up at the screens again, the events moving painfully slowly, and touched his wrist fragmenting the screens into seven different data streams. Some of the senators may have looked at the screens. Others may have been sitting down silently waiting for the rest of the senators to arrive. Lord Lye-Onitron stood and turned as targets began to flaring up on all the screens, bright red. Underneath each of the fragments was a title...be it Heavy 2 or Sniper 1 or Sci 2...Targets on every screen...

He looked to Embyr, transformed and leapt towards her, transforming back and began speaking in a loud and clear voice. Not in an accusing tone but one of full respect for an elder Cybertronian, a fellow senator and a dear friend. What has been said has been said. Such is life. It was the furthest the decrepit old hag would get from him in the form of an apology. He needed vital information that he was missing. You were military. What do you see? Here is the intelligence I have. Starbase Rugby is also still active....and apparently has been active for some time. I have no idea of their military assets or potential. On screen, there are some Decepticons and humanoids. I believe I’ve even spotted a cyborg up there. What is your assessment?
