So, we were trying to come up with a way for players to properly use the backgrounds and influences they have. The task is quite monumental when you consider that there are quite a few characters with many backgrounds, some of which overlap with other backgrounds. An email type list was suggested, where the backgrounds/influence war is played out somewhat separately than the online game part. (You can still use your backgrounds for online events)
The point of this forum is to declare some of the long term machinations your character might be doing in the mortal world. And in declaring them, others may also counteract and countermand your moves.
Keep in mind this is an experimental process, and I'm still learning some of the functions of this forum. Rules for posting are described in the next thread. So read on...
