Subject: Hornell, NY Alderman Want BSL Ordinance.

According to the June 14th Evening Tribune, the alderman in Hornell, NY are discussing passing a new dangerous dog ordinance including BSL. They intend to include breeds frequently targeted by insurance companies.

This is particularly disturbing, because Hornell is the home of the X-Pert bloodline AST breeders Clifford and Alberta Ormsby. Cliff held office in the STCA during it's formative years and Bert was the first AKC AST breeder judge. It is sad that a town that once boasted about it's fine ASTs is now seeking to prevent their very presence.
