I just got back from city hall and now Butch Rulla tells me that they know who the mother of my dog is and that if a vet signed a paper saying that she is a different cross breed he would have to lie for me and no vet will do that. He more than said that I don't have a snow ball chance in hell to get the city council to change their minds and issue me a tag--will have to get rid of dog or move out of town.My dog and I are condemned before we have a chance---thanks again Ruth
