To folks in CA, I have a flyer on SB1373 that I will make available to
anyone interested. I figured it for setting out at vet offices, maybe
the petsmart stores, etc. The general public is not going to be really
aware of this bill, or if so in a very diluted form. Last year as SB236
a couple of newspaper articles discussed the microchip aspect, but made
little to no mention of the registration fee part.
