John, In June of 2001 Peggy Doster and myself, Maureen Hauch got together and decided we needed to do something to protect our dogs and, for that matter all dogs. We started an online discussion which grew and grew....we all decded that we wanted a group with no hierarchy and taht everyone's opeinion, and idea was valuable.
