I guess I`m missing where you see want, want and more want. However,my Bible reads that He will supply all my needs...according to the power at work in me...not according to the seed (or money) I give. I give as a sacrifice of worship to Him for His goodness in my life. To sow because of a need (or "want" as you put it) is sowing out of necessity, which the Bible admonishes us not to do. I believe this is where many folks are missing it today...they sow to get more...which, in reality, is trying to earn a blessing. The blessings that are attached to salvation and obedience are free gifts...not wages which are earned. If more people were as interested in sowing the Word and bringing reconciliation to the lost of the World as they were sowing dollars to get the bigger house, nicer car, bigger church, etc., then we would already be home now because this old earth couldnt handle the Glory of God that would be poured out. JUst my .02.
God bless,
Rev Jeff Kersey
