Not sure where this statement is coming from. However, I do believe if one is licensed/ordained by a church/ministry one should donate on a regular basis. Unfortunately, there are probably many who get that piece of paper vouching for their calling then disappear. Tithing is another matter. But anyone licensed/ordained by the UCMI ministers' covering should pay their yearly fee and send something (even $1.00) in each month. Plus, those are the rules, correct?
